possible we will give these areas our best attention and will be included
in the charges, but from time to time it may be necessary to replace
dead plants, weed and feed the grass or re-mulch the borders. You
will be notified if any additional lawn and garden services might
be required to maintain the appeal and marketability of your home.
We
will ensure that your sprinkler system is in tune with the seasonal
changes in Florida and obtain your permission to change during
unseasonably dry spells.
