Davenport Lakes located just 1/4 mile south of Hwy 192 ON Highway 27. Davenport is located in Polk County, right in the centre of Florida just 5 miles southwest of Disney. Its central location makes Davenport a great base to explore Florida's surroundings. Davenport Lakes is less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, with Sea World, Universal Studios, and other major attractions all a quick drive away. The Kennedy Space Centre is an 75 minutes away and you can visit Cocoa Beach or Tampa within an hour. Five miles from I-4 or 1/4 mile from Hwy 192 makes this location the easiest and fastest way to get to any of the attractions.

Haines City is only 10 miles and Winter Haven is less than 30 minutes, and Lakeland is only 20 minutes so great shopping is close by if you don't want to be in all the Disney traffic. There is also a very nice petting farm within 15 minutes which you can fill a full day of fun and experiences for small children.
