The sub-division of Florida Pines is a brand new development located off Highway 27, just 3.5 miles from Interstate 4, and close to the shops and restaurants of US192. The community was built in 2000 by Colony Homes, and has a range of exclusive 3 & 4 Bedroom villas with private pools. There is a communal swimming pool and children's play area. A Tiki bar and clubhouse are also planned in the near future. If golf is your 'bag' then you will be spoiled for choice. There are at least 30 excellent courses within easy reach of Florida Pines, not least being Greg Norman's Champions Gate complex which is only minutes away on the I-4. All in all, Florida Pines offers a excellent base for your holiday in the sun. The location is quiet and safe, yet is less than 15 minutes from the main Disney Parks. A large Publix supermarket is located along Highway 27 at the entrance to Highland Reserve Golf Club.
