Royal Palms, a small development of 81 homes located off Highway 27, one and a half miles south of Interstate 4 at Exit 55. It is a 10 minute drive into Disney World, and all the other major tourist attractions for this area are easily accessible. The area is a golfer's paradise with many courses, right up to Championship standard, within a 15 mile radius. Ridgewood Lakes PGA Golf Club and Deer Creek Golf Club are on both sides of Royal Palms. The award winning Southern Dunes PGA Golf Course is only minutes away and the world-renowned Champions Gate golf resort featuring two 18-hole courses designed by Greg Norman are minutes away. Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart supermarkets are less than a 10 minute drive south on Highway 27 for a quality selection of groceries, meats and wines. Other smaller stores and petrol (gas) stations are even closer. There is a large and varied selection of restaurants nearby, and on US192 which is a 10 minute drive away.
