Southern Dunes is located in Haines City off Highway 27, just off Interstate 4. Our attractive villas are set amongst the beautiful landscaped fairways of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, enjoying the peace and seclusion of this community and the accessibility of all the wonderful Orlando/Disney attractions. Walt Disney World is easily reached by using the less used routes.
