Westridge
is on highway 27, close to the I-4 and 192, making all the major attractions
of the Orlando area, only ten minutes by car from Disney World and
both coasts very easily accessible. If you are a golf enthusiast you
may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even
try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes
away, as are numerous other courses.
The upscale Westridge subdivision is located on the west side of US
27 and is made up of a pair of electronically gated communities, Manors
North and Manors South, surrounded by orange groves. Westridge has
community pools, a clubhouse with mini-gym, tennis, children's playground,
etc is only a couple of minutes from major shops and restaurants.
The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents
and short-term rental homes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful,
well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely
spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.
Two Publix supermarkets are very conveniently located within less
than 5 minutes driving distance, one located on the side entrance
of Highlands Reserve, and other within the Champions Gate Resort.
Both these strip plaza malls offer a wide selection of shops, restaurants
