At Florida HomeOwners Direct, unlike a lot of property maintenance companies, our pest control programmes are performed by us and offer a top-quality service.

Before living in Florida full-time, we had a major company carry out all our pest control requirements on our house. However, when visiting from the UK we would find either a wasps nest under the eves, mud daubers around the windows and guttering or a brownwidow spiders nest around the pool area. When talking to the pest control company, we were informed that these pests were not covered by the by the contract we had taken out.

Florida HomeOwners Direct offers a comprehensive pest control service and we feel you must get rid of all bugs and pests whatever and wherever they may be.

We personally visit your property every week. The properties are sprayed inside and out every 3 months as part of the pest control programme to ensure that no pests survive in your home.

Whenever you or your guests are in your holiday home we are on call (7 days a week 24 hours a day) for them in case of any unforeseen problems.

Our pest control team will quickly sort our any problems.

* Please note that termites are a separate issue and this we recommend should be covered by your own termite bond. We have excellent working relations with a local pest control company, and can if required arrange for all work to be carried out on your property.
