Pool Management & Services

Throughout the year, your pool management will consist of a weekly check and we include all of the following in our fee:

Florida Homeowners Direct Pool Maintenance

Test the pH and Chlorine
Test Hardness & Alkalinity
Add Chlorine
Add chemicals for balance when needed
Cleaning of filters and strainers
Vacuum or brush pool as needed
Check pool water level
Hose and wash pool deck and furniture when required

Our pool man will leave a calling card for the guests, to advise them that he has visited and the pool has had the chemicals balanced and when it is safe to enter the pool. (Usually 2 hours later). Whenever guests are in the home we are always on call for pool problems 24 hours a day.

We can offer other services, subject to requirement, but this is at an additional cost and is usually in the region of $50 - $100.

Although we make only a single visit to your property for the pool maintenance, we are often visiting your home for other reasons. During all visits we are always going to check to see if anything unforeseen has happened.

After really bad weather, we make a point to visit all our homes, both vacant and occupied to check if there has been any damage to the pool screen, and the home itself. We also check the chemical balance of the water.
