We will market clients in the US as well as the UK, these clients will generally be booking different times of the year and different time durations to those in the British market and therefore maximising your booking potential throughout the year.

In providing this service for bookings in the Owners home we will charge a commission rate of between 10 - 20%.

For all guests we offer detailed directions to your home from either Orlando International or Sanford International Airports. We also feel that it is important to meet the guests in your home and ensure they are comfortable during their stay there, a service provided at no extra cost.
