Is booking online secure?
Yes, we implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make a reservation. You will see the “digital secure logo” on the booking page. This will assure you are secure.
Are the homes completely furnished?
Yes, every home is fully furnished and bath towels, sheets and dinnerware are provided. The homes will have one toilet paper roll and one paper towel roll to get you started. - Keep in mind this is a self service vacation rental.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are allowed with approval of management company. Approval must be in advance as well as payment for pet fee. Some vacation villas do not allow pets at all. Please contact us for more information.
Is smoking allowed in the home?
All of our homes are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the patio or pool area of each home.
What will the weather be like when we arrive?

Do you offer Maid Service?
Each home is cleaned upon departure. Some guests that stay for a longer period may request a mid-stay clean. This clean can be arranged as an option on your booking or you can call our offices to arrange when needed. There is an additional fee for this service.
Is there a phone at the property? How does it work?
Yes, there is a landline telephone at each home, all that offer local and emergency calling services for no additional fees. Some homes restrict the use of long distance.
How do I get into my vacation home?
Each home has a secure lockbox, keypad or electronic door pad. 10 days prior to your arrival, your arrival instructions, directions to the home, address information for the home you been assigned and the lockbox information will be sent to the email address on file.
Are the pools heated during cold weather?
Every private home is equipped with a pool heater. Pool heat can be pre-arranged (Monday- Friday) for a daily fee $ 25- $40 depending (minimum 5 days). If the outside weather temperature drops below 65 degrees, the pool heater will not be able to work hard enough to heat the pool. If the home has an attached spa, the spa cannot be heated unless pool heat is purchased. This is not a hot tub, the temperature will not reach over 101 degrees in the spa. Pool heat is set at 88 degrees and is run on a timer usually between 9 am- 9 pm. This means if the weather outside at night is colder, the pool heater will take some time to heat up in the morning. These are residential pool heaters and it does take time for the heater to heat up all those gallons of water in the pool!
