This spacious 2471sq.ft villa is set on the superior Highlands Reserve golf community. With huge living accommodation this luxury home has a superior 30 ft private pool (heating optional), large covered porch area and additional safety precautions for young children. The whole pool area is screened and overlooks the 13th fairway with built in jaccuzzi/spa you can relax whilst watching the sun go down. Full air conditioning and additional fans in all bedrooms ,sitting areas,and covered porch by the pool.  A large executive style lounge area with 37" television, DVD and CD Player.  This accomodation has a second reception area and formal dining area all furnished to an excellent standard.  There are two master suites both with TV - The main master suite has a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom and a quiet reading area which overlooks the pool area. The second master suite offers queen size bed with esuite shower facilites with direct accesss to the pool area.  The third and fourth bedroom are both twin rooms. A fully fitted kitchen, which includes microwave, cooker,dishwasher, fridge/freezer leading to a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board.  All linen and towels (including pool towels ) and hairdryers are provided.
