This gorgeous home is located on Highlands Reserve Golf Club. On entering the property guests are welcomed with the large formal lounge and dining area. This has large settee, easy chair, coffee table, occasional table, lamp and a stunning rectangular glass top dining table with 4 dining chairs. This is the ideal room for peace and quiet to plan the itinerary for the following day, or to write postcards to the family and friends, back home. The kitchen has everything you need, including oven and hob, built in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered cold water dispenser, the list is endless. The breakfast nook has a dining table set for four and the Utility Room, off the kitchen, houses the washing machine, drying machine, iron, and ironing board. . The family room comes with cable TV, and DVD, alarge corner settee, easy chair, coffee table, and two occasional tables with table lamps. There is also a great addition to this villa in a fourth bedroom area and is furnished with a twin bed, dresser unit, and bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. There is a Family Bathroom between the second and third bedroom. From the 4 Bedroom Area you can access the Fully Air-Conditioned Games Room, the ideal place for the children while you relax around the pool. Equipped with full size Pool table, Air Hockey, Push Football and Playstation2. The South facing private swimming pool, at the rear of the property has a child safety screen, underwater light, and poolside furniture consisting of 2 loungers and a large table with chairs. The pool can also be heated in the cooler months but this is an optional extra. Eating outside in early evening, you can enjoy watching the sun set whilst taking in the last moments of the sun.
